Can children use them?
Not without adult supervision, and we'd recommend checking with a doctor first for anyone under 16.
Where shouldn't I use them?
Avoid broken skin, open wounds, fresh bruises, varicose veins and directly over the spine, throat or eyes. Don't use heat on an area that's numb or where you've lost sensation.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll cover everything, including collection. Under South African consumer law you can choose a repair, a replacement or a full refund on defective goods.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to cancel and return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Return shipping is for your account on change-of-mind returns.
How do I claim on the warranty?
Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem, and a photo or video if you can. We'll respond within one business day and arrange collection or replacement from there
What does the warranty cover?
Every Neuvex device carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. If a device stops working properly through normal use, we'll repair or replace it. Accidental damage, water damage and normal wear aren't covered.
Are these safe to use?
Neuvex devices are wellness products designed for comfort and everyday recovery, not medical devices. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted device, or you're managing an injury or medical condition, check with your doctor first.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to know what I'm doing?
No. Each device comes with instructions, and there's a guide on the site showing how to use it on the main areas — calves, quads, back, shoulders, knees.
Is Neuvex a South African company?
Yes. We're based in Pretoria, we hold stock locally, and there's a person on the other end of our support line. You're not ordering from overseas and waiting six weeks.
How long does delivery take?
5 to 7 business days for items in stock. If something is on pre-order, allow 7 to 14 business days — we'll say so clearly on the product page before you buy. Delivery is free on orders locally, standard shipping rates apply at checkout. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Which device should I start with?
